Refreshing Drink Recipe
Ingredients
1 bunch Italian parsley
1 large lemon (peeled and de-pithed)
30 grams Blue Agave*
800 mLs cold water
1 tray ice cubes
165 grams coconut cream
3 drops each essential oils of lemon, orange, citrus fresh*
2 drops spearmint essential oil*
Place parsley, lemon, agave and ice in high speed blender l - mix for 30 seconds on high speed. (Or until liquid). Add water, essential oil and coconut cream. Mix on high speed for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
Take 4 sheets of puff pastry (preferably from organic flour).
Divide each sheet into four equal squares.
Ingredients
100 g fresh organic cauliflower
100 g of fresh organic broccoli florets
100 g of goat cheese
1 drop oregano oil*
1 drop thyme oil*
1 egg (organic, of course)
Directions
Partially cook cauliflower and broccoli (without stems)
Grate goat cheese
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly
Place about 1 dessertspoonful of the mix on one diagonal half of each square of pastry — fold over to make triangles and pinch edges
Bake on greased and floured tray for about 30 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 200 degrees F.
